On the home page, website visitors are greeted with a video showcasing Ned Baker’s office and the city of Salem. Their phone number is clearly displayed in the top left corner with a call-to-action, and a button leading to the Owner/Tenant Online Portal page sits neatly in the top right. 

The new website plays with white space and imagery to create a minimal yet powerful experience. Professional photos of Ned Baker’s properties give a great example of their work, and calls-to-action like “Schedule a Consult” make it easy for potential clients and customers to access the information they need. Large text and buttons make it easier to navigate the new website. To alleviate cramped space, Third River Marketing redistributed text and images for a smoother experience.  

Ned Baker Real Estate’s featured listings are displayed in a grid with clear photos, address, and price in one place. Clicking each listing will bring up more details and photos for potential buyers. 

An interactive team page lists each team member and his or her information in a neat and efficient call out box, putting faces to the people behind Ned Baker Real Estate and making the company seem more personable.
