Online Project Management:
Once you become a client, we manage your project using Basecamp, an online project management system. You will have full access to your project tasks and files. This becomes a central hub of communication and allows for transparency and great communication. If you already have a project with us, you can login here.
Ticket support system:
We also utilize a ticket support system at Zendesk. If you need assistance or have a question, rather than send an email to an individual at thirdRiver, please send an email to email@example.com. Our team will be alerted to your request and get back to you as soon as possible. This assures that your request won’t get overlooked accidentally in any one person’s individual email inbox. You’ll receive an email with a ticket number to help track the communication.
